1 Year Warranty
Your piece is covered for 12 months from the purchase date for:

Breakage yes even for drops! We want you a happy customer for life not a disappointed one if an accident happens. After 1 year we offer affordable options for replacement and repair.
- Stud-backs needing re-glue. (stud backs are guaranteed for 2 years).
- Silver components breaking.
Change-of-Mind Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange or issue a credit note as long as your item is:
- Completely unworn (for hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn)
- As-new and in perfect condition
- Returned in original packaging (box, cards, pouches)
Timeframe: please contact us within 14 days of delivery.Refunds are not offered for change of mind however credit note is available.
Sale Items — Final Sale
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Please choose carefully when purchasing during any SALE or promotion.Promotions & Partial Returns (e.g., “Buy 2+ save”)If your return reduces the order below the promotion’s qualifying amount (for example, you keep only one item from a “15% off 2+ items” offer), the discount is removed from the kept item(s) and deducted from your refund.
If you return everything, you’ll be refunded the amount actually paid at checkout.
Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
Oh no! We are so sorry! If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@erinlightfoot.com or text 0451 180 994 with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange replacement right away.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email: hello@erinlightfoot.com with your name and order number (if possible), what you’d like to return/exchange, and photos if relevant.

Wait for confirmation: we’ll reply with the return address and next steps (please don’t send anything until we confirm).

Pack securely: Please send items back in original packaging for smooth exchange.
Postage: For change-of-mind exchanges or returns, return postage is at the customer’s cost. In the rare case that the item is faulty, we will of course cover return shipping with regular post.
Processing Times: Once your return arrives, please allow 3–5 business days for assessment and processing. Credit notes are issued by email; bank refunds can take a little longer to appear depending on your bank.
Purchases via Stockists
