If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging
Your item must be identified with a clear fault by providing an image of the problem provided to us via email. (see bottom of page)
Our response time from initial contact will between 1-2 business days.
* As a small batch studio, we do not accept returns if the customer has a change of mind.
Refunds or Exchange
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Repairs or Replacements
Our earrings are made to last, however sometimes when over loved and need a little TLC to return it to its former glory. Please use our contact form HERE
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
if you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
$7.50 for standard post (3-10 business days)
$10.50 for express post (1-5 business days)
International shipping + tracking:
$23.50 for standard (7-12 business days)
$33.75 for express (5-8 business days)
We post our goods within 1-3 days if they are ready to ship, and made to order items may take up to 5 to 10 business days. If your order is urgent you can email us (see below) to ensure parcels are delivered in time for you.
IMPORTANT: For tracked and express international shipping, please choose the correct shipping options in check out (if applicable). Australia-wide postage is automatically tracked. All tracking is updated with an email notification after an initial email confirming purchase.
Our studio can be found on google maps, please notify us when you intend on picking up your purchase via email to unsure there is someone available in the studio.
