Do you gift-wrap?
Yes. We also write custom gift cards. Just leave your words in the notes section at checkout.
Do you sell single earrings?
Can the pieces break?
Yes. If dropped on a hard surface. However we have 1000's of customers who wear their jewellery everyday with no problem. Store with care and all will be well.
Porcelain does not like:
- Drops on hard tiles.
- Scratches from being stored with many other objects in a bowl or a handbag.
Returns, Refunds or Exchange:
If something is wrong, please let us know.
Faulty items will be replaced with apology from us.
We’re happy to exchange as long as your item is:
- Completely unworn
- As-new and in perfect condition
- Returned in original packaging (box, cards)
Timeframe: please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping cost are covered by us for any faulty items and covered by the customer in the case of change of mind.
Repairs or Replacements:

Australia-wide is:
$7.50 for standard post (3-10 business days)
$10.50 for express post (1-5 business days)
International shipping + tracking:
$23.50 for standard (7-12 business days)
$33.75 for express (5-8 business days)
We post our goods within 1-3 days if they are ready to ship.
Pre-ordered items take 1-4 weeks.
