Your Warranty

Every purchase comes with 1 year of free warranty. That means if your jewellery is damaged from drops we’ll replace it for free even if it was an accident and "it was your fault". Why? We know that our customers who wear our earrings often are here to stay so we want to keep you close and happy.

Care Menu (after warranty)

For pieces outside the 1-year warranty, you can choose from our Care Menu. Each service is designed to give your jewellery a spa-like refresh.

• Re-glue  – Free
  If a stud back comes away from an earring or an option for breakage if you have the parts. However, we do recommend single replacement as a more satisfying option. 

• Single earring replacement - 50% cost of the pair.
• Single earring replacement (2nd's quality) - 30% cost of the pair. 

• Sterling Silver Replacement – $15 (pair)
  Replace worn or damaged silver components.

• Gold Touch-Up – $25
  Bring back the glow with a fresh layer of gold finish. Perfect for well-loved favourites. Oils in skin and makeup can wear the gold down over time. This will restore the glow of your piece. 

• Return shipping - FREE! You send it to us and we will return it to you FREE of charge as a thank you for working with us.

Love adding new pieces to your collection? Anytime you buy a new piece, we’ll repair your existing jewellery for free as a thank-you for being part of the family. Just send it in and we will return it with your new order. We will even pay for you to ship it to us so just get in touch...

How to Book a Repair

2. Send it in to 8 Atkins st, Red Hill, QLD, 4059

3. Receive it back refreshed, restored, and ready to wear!

Replacement

Yes single replacement is possible: Get in touch at hello@erinlight.com with a photo of your piece. If we have it in stock. We sell singles at 50% of the cost of a pair. We also sell 2nd's singles. 

Archived styles: We don't keep every style in stock forever. We will try to help but sometimes we no longer carry the style. If we can make it, we charge a setup fee of $110 + the cost of the single earring. 

2nd's stock: If you purchased from 2nd's stock, your single will be a 2nd (which means that sometimes there is a wait for it to become available).
